The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Human Resources Advisor Rostering to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Provide high level rostering advice to Team Leaders, senior management and support staff on the build, compliance, resource allocation and issue resolution
Provide professional guidance, coaching and development to team members
Assess the compliance and cost effectiveness of designed rosters
Identify and report on rostering and payroll issues to ensure the accurate finalisation and evaluation of the published roster
About you
**To be successful in this position you will require**:
While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded
While not mandatory, knowldge of Industrial Instruments relating to payroll, and experiance in a healthcare setting rostering relief management would be well regarded.
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Base salary ranging from $53.24 - $57.92 per hour
About Us
The Relief Management team comprises of two teams, a nursing/midwifery team and relief management support administration team. Both teams provide an essential function in the day-to-day workforce management, by meeting service delivery demands and maintaining productivity by the replacement of employees who are unable to work scheduled shifts, such as unplanned leave or sourcing extra employees to manage an increase in workload.
