As the Administration Supervisor, you will oversee a team responsible for ensuring quality customer service and efficient practice operations. Key responsibilities include managing staff, calendar management, patient bookings, and billing.
* Manage a team of administrative professionals, including recruitment, training, and rostering
* Calendar management of patient bookings and enquiries
* Ensure patients receive accurate information on pre-procedure preparation and fees
* Liaise with technical staff and practitioners regarding service bookings
* Complete daily processes, including billing and site report follow-up
