Your New Role And ResponsibilitiesWe have an opportunity for an experienced Systems Engineer to support a multi-year Defence program to deliver an enterprise Health Knowledge Capability that enables better clinical decision making for the ADF and provides market leading healthcare to ADF personnel.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforming systems analysis and design.Development and maintenance of systems engineering documentation and artefacts.Participation in development of concept design, systems architecture, and multi-system interfaces.Technical risk analysis and management.Ensure work is undertaken in accordance with the appropriate regulatory framework.Build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels.What You'll Bring To Make An ImpactSolid understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle management.Experience eliciting and managing requirements.A track record of working on complex system projects.Ability to work with architects, engineers and other project members and offer strategic advice within agile environments.Experience working within an agile delivery model will be highly advantageous.Strong communication and negotiating skills both written and verbal.Security and ComplianceThis role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold Baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain a NV-1 security clearance if required.Diversity, Inclusion and ValuesLeidos Australia is an equal opportunities organisation and is committed to creating a truly inclusive workplace.
