Business Development Manager Role
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and strategic partnerships at Drive Marketplace. This role focuses on expanding dealer listings, bringing new customers onto the platform, and scaling our marketplace to new heights.
This position will be based in Perth, with a focus on driving growth through acquisition of new clients, negotiation of agreements, and closing high-value deals with automotive dealerships.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition roles, ideally within the automotive classifieds industry. They will also have a strong self-starter attitude and ability to work autonomously.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive acquisition of new clients and negotiate agreements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximise opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
* Engage with key decision-makers within dealerships and dealer groups to align Drive's solutions with their goals and needs
* Maintain regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against KPIs using Salesforce
* Achieve sales targets and dealer listings growth

* Expertise in sales funnels, negotiation, and closing high-value deals
* Familiarity with KPIs and performance metrics related to business development
