What You'll Be Doing
Restructuring & Insolvency Work
* Managing corporate and personal insolvency files, including administrations, wind-ups and related appointments
* Liaising with creditors, directors and stakeholders
* Preparing statutory reports and contributing to turnaround reviews
Financial Investigations & Expert Analysis
* Conducting deep-dive reviews into financial irregularities and commercial disputes
* Assisting in preparing expert input for legal matters
* Supporting valuation exercises and investigative assignments across a variety of industries
Commercial Performance & Advisory Projects
* Building financial models to support budgeting, scenario planning and business decision-making
* Assessing operational performance and identifying practical improvement opportunities
* Working with clients on strategic and commercial challenges across regional Queensland
Advisory for Community & Regional Enterprises
* Partnering with community-owned and regionally based organisations to strengthen governance, sustainability and financial capability
* Supporting economic development initiatives and long-term business planning
Deal Analysis & Transaction Support
* Reviewing financial information to support lenders, investors and buyers
* Assisting with risk assessments, funding reviews and commercial evaluations
* Providing insights that help stakeholders make informed deal decisions
Major Projects & Infrastructure Insights
* Contributing to financial and commercial assessments on infrastructure, development and regional investment projects
* Supporting feasibility studies and project evaluation work
What You Bring
* 2+ years
in insolvency, restructuring, advisory, audit, or financial analysis
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to interpret financial information and communicate clearly
* CA/CPA qualified or working toward completion
* A genuine interest in regional business environments
* Citizens or Permanent Residents only
