Grand Motors Toyota is looking for Parts Interpreters to join our teams at Southport and Molendinar. These positions are a vital role in a fast-paced dealership environment—supporting technicians, keeping parts flowing, and helping deliver the level of service our customers expect.

What you’ll be doing
* Interpret, quote, source and order automotive parts accurately
* Liaise with technicians and service to ensure parts availability and smooth job flow
* Track orders, ETA’s and parts usage through dealership systems
* Customer contact via face-to-face and over the telephone
* Assist with stock control and maintaining accurate records
* Provide strong internal customer service to the workshop and service department
* As you develop: support workflow coordination and additional service-related tasks

* Experience preferred, not essential (parts, workshop, service, or automotive background is a plus)
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Comfortable with computers and learning systems
* Bonus: experience with TUNE and/or Excel
* Well-presented, positive attitude, and a genuine team player
