About the role
Hilton Hartley Lawyers' are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our team in our Pimpama, QLD office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our busy law firm.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Sorting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
* Maintaining office supplies and organising catering for meetings
* Providing general administrative support to the legal team as required
* Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised at all times
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role, ideally within a professional services environment
* Minimum of 2+ years of receptionist or customer service experience required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Proficient in using standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite
* Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
* A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
