The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive Executive Personal Assistant to join our team. This is a pivotal, fast‐paced role providing comprehensive support to a senior leader. This role requires high responsiveness and flexibility, suitable for someone who thrives in a fluid environment and can seamlessly manage both high‐level business operations and personal logistics.
What You'll Do
* Executive Support: Provide high‐level administrative support to a senior leader, including managing complex calendars, handling correspondence, and attending meetings on their behalf.
* Strategic Communication: Prioritise emails, communications, and daily tasks effectively to keep leadership focused on core priorities.
* Cross‐Functional Liaison: Partner with our Accounts and Legal teams to assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts.
* Content & Reporting: Prepare high‐quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
* Operations & Projects: Support project teams and office operations to ensure workflows run efficiently across the business.
* Lifestyle & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate personal schedules alongside business commitments, handle personal errands, and manage private matters with absolute discretion to ensure a seamless balance between business and personal obligations.
What We're Looking For
* Professional Maturity: Exceptional emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information seamlessly.
* Agility & Availability: A flexible approach to working hours and a high level of responsiveness to support shifting priorities.
* Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business functions. Experience or qualifications in Human Resources, Communications, or Business Management will be highly regarded.
* Adaptability: Proven ability to handle multiple priorities calmly in a fast‐paced environment.
* Mobility: A current driver's license is essential, along with the availability to travel as required.
* Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in a related field is desirable.
* Experience: Construction / Project Coordination experience is desirable.
