Caretakers Wanted – Shared Role near Widgiemooltha – Great lifestyle opportunity for a couple or two individual friends/travellers. Starting March 2026. We are seeking reliable and proactive Care & Maintenance Caretakers for a shared role at a well-equipped site near Widgiemooltha, just 1.5 hours from Kalgoorlie. This is an ideal position for a couple looking for a stable, light hands-on role in a modern, comfortable environment. The role would be 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off, sharing the role with another couple on site as coverage for the weeks off.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily wastewater treatment plant checks
* Daily perimeter inspections and clean-ups
* Daily office inspections
* Weekly water meter and potable water treatment plant readings & monitoring
* Weekly solar battery and equipment inspections
* Weekly maintenance log reviews and documentation
* Fortnightly room and building inspections
* Monthly diesel tank level monitoring and inspections
What's On Offer
* Salary: $70,000 per couple / $35,000 per person
* Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off, on-site presence required daily while on swing.
* Start Date: Flexible but start in March is a must
* Accommodation and meals provided

Requirements
* Must have a valid National Police Check
