As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to help drive revenue, build meaningful partnerships, and expand our footprint across the legal market.
The Role
This is a commercially focused role combining sales execution with strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving new business across law firms, legal teams, and aligned partners
* Building and managing strategic partnerships (law firms, consultants, platforms, referrers)
* Owning the sales pipeline end‐to‐end — from outreach to close
* Working closely with the founder and product team to shape go‐to‐market strategy
* Representing LawUno in conversations with senior legal and business stakeholders
* Proactively identify and convert new sales opportunities
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of law firm and enterprise clients
* Develop and nurture strategic partnerships that drive long‐term growth
* Lead commercial discussions, pricing conversations, and contract negotiations
* Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and partner initiatives
* Track activity and performance through CRM and reporting tools
About You
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
* Exposure to legal, professional services, SaaS, or technology (legal experience strongly preferred)
* Confidence engaging with partners, founders, GCs, and law firm leaders
* A commercial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship skills
* The ability to work autonomously in a fast‐growing environment
* Have sold into law firms or professional services
* Have experience building partnerships from scratch
* Enjoy working closely with founders in a scale‐up environment
