Role Description
The Customer Operations and Service Integration Manager will oversee the seamless integration and delivery of services to ensure optimal client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing service integration, overseeing IT operations, ensuring effective service delivery, and driving business process improvements. The role requires collaboration across teams and stakeholders to maintain high service standards and achieve business outcomes. This is a full-time on-site role based in Sydney, NSW.
Qualifications
* Experience in Service Integration and Service Delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders
* Proficiency in IT Operations and IT Service Management to oversee technology solutions and service levels
* Proven track record in Business Process Improvement and optimizing operational efficiencies
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and manage cross-functional projects
* Knowledge of the publishing, retail, or logistics industries is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications in ITIL or project management are advantageous
