Remuneration: Between $73,150 - $105,000 per annum, plus superannuation

About the Role
We currently have a range of placements for Registered Nurses in aged care available in regional communities, as part of our industry-leading RN Sponsorship Program.
You will be employed by HealthX, then seconded to work for one of our partners - a leading aged care facility.
HealthX will support you the entire time through our Soft Landing Program, which helps you transition smoothly into your new role and community.

To Be Successful in the Role, You Will Have:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 24 months of experience at the Registered Nurse level in aged care settings
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise workload
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience delivering safe, high-quality, resident-centred clinical care
- A genuine interest in experiencing life in regional Australia
- Experience or knowledge in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health (highly regarded but not essential)
