We are seeking a qualified Chef to join our dedicated and passionate crew in the kitchen at Mudbar Restaurant for an immediate start.

The successful candidate will require:
* Have a keen interest in all thing's hospitality.
* Possess a professional attitude towards work.
* Adore Tasmanian local produce.
* Can efficiently and effectively follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
* Believe the customer should always come first.
* Experience in food preparation in a commercial kitchen / similar role.
* Practical understanding of health, safety, and hygiene in a kitchen environment, including safe food handling, storage, and manual handling techniques.
* Are excited to be part of an evolving workplace.
