The Media Partnerships Lead will primarily focus on UEFA Women's Champions League media relations, with potential involvement in other projects and business development.
We seek a Content Insights Manager to deliver top-tier auditing, reporting, and analytics for leading sports clients, guiding our social and creative teams in campaign strategies.
What you'll be doing:
1. Conduct detailed audience and content data analysis and segmentation.
2. Create comprehensive reports combining qualitative and quantitative insights, with opportunities for presentations.
3. Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and evaluate digital and social media strategies.
4. Research digital trends, cultural and sporting events.
5. Collaborate across teams, including new business and client services.
6. Support client projects by analyzing data to craft strategic insights and recommendations.
7. Stay informed on industry trends and consumer behavior to uncover new opportunities.
8. Prepare client presentations and reports to communicate findings effectively.
What we are looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
* Minimum three years' experience in digital analytics, market research, or social media, preferably within agencies, sports rights holders, or media companies.
* Strong data handling and analysis skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
* Knowledge of major and emerging social media platforms, native analytics, and third-party tools.
* Understanding of ad metrics across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
* Passion for digital trends and their influence on sports and media consumption.
* Experience with social listening and influencer campaigns.
* Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Self-motivated with leadership abilities and project management skills.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
* Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
Beneficial experience:
* Dashboard creation and data visualization (PowerBI, Google Data Studio).
* Managing paid and organic media campaigns.
* Understanding of YouTube platform.
* Content planning and production experience.
