Your Responsibilities
* Manage calls and direct customer queries while requesting information to assist in liability assessment processes.
* Proactively manage complex claims, ensuring accurate and consistent information is actioned.
* Support workers and employers with the claim process and provide timely access to services for return to work and injury recovery.
* Develop strategies to achieve key performance measures and remuneration goals.
About You
We seek someone with excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication, and analytical abilities to make informed decisions.
Tertiary studies in business, law, or allied health are advantageous.
