About the Role
* Provide personal care, daily living support, and community access
* Encourage independence and assist with personal goals
* Use de‑escalation techniques when required
* Work closely with families & the Oyster Care team
What We're Looking For
* Caring, reliable, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication & documentation skills
* Experience in Support Work or related fields (preferred)
* Certificate III/IV in a relevant field (preferred but not required)
* Reliable, insured vehicle and willingness to travel across Dubbo
