We are a not-for-profit registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider. Our Head Office is based in Wagga Wagga, but we are located throughout the Riverina Murray region.
About The Opportunity
We have a number of exciting opportunities for casual Community Support Workers to join our Lifestyle Choices and Supported Living Teams in the West Wyalong, Leeton and Griffith areas. These positions are casual to cover planned and at short notice unplanned absences, therefore flexible availability is highly desirable. To be considered, applicants must be able to work flexibly including early starts and late finish - This also includes some weekends.
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll be responsible for providing a quality service to support the individual needs of our clients.

Fostering an environment that empowers people with disability and promotes community integrationProvide support to our clients to achieve their goals in the areas of volunteer work, communication, creative expression, living skills, community participation, sport and recreationResearch, develop and implement activities where our clients can participate and develop their skillsProviding support to people with disability to look after themselves while enhancing their independence and self-determination.
Importantly, you must demonstrate a real desire to work with people living with disability and have a sound understanding of how to best assist them to live a life of their choice.
Current First Aid & CPR training are requirements of this role.
