About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Product Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality product designs that meet customer needs and reduce material waste.
* Lead technical engineering, prototyping, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and material/process selection to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Translate market feedback into innovative product concepts using CAD software.
* Prepare technical documentation including specifications, drawings, production briefs, and control documents.
* Manage product development projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

To succeed in this role, you should have relevant qualifications or strong practical experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, or related industries. You should also possess a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and materials engineering principles, proficiency in CAD software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams.
