Job Responsibilities
* Develop and optimize maintenance strategies in line with regulations, standards, and requirements.
* Prepare and maintain maintenance and materials data.
* Identify critical spares, manage SPIRs, and optimize stock levels for reliability.
* Perform equipment criticality analysis and update maintenance instructions.
* Provide technical support, peer reviews, and mentoring within the team.
* Lead improvement initiatives to address recurring issues and enhance asset reliability.
* Review specifications and drawings, recommend modifications to improve performance.
* Manage schedules and resources for assigned work.
Requirements
* An engineering degree (mechanical preferred).
* A minimum of 9 years' experience in maintenance engineering within oil & gas or similar industry.
* A strong background in maintenance strategy, operations readiness, and reliability engineering.
* Advanced skills in SAP, FMECA, RCA, and RCM.
* Knowledge of CMMS, master data management, and process safety standards.
* Eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.
