We're partnering with Sea to Summit to hire a
Brand Manager
to take the lead on driving category growth, shaping strategy, and ensuring their products stand out in the market. You'll steer the category roadmap, work cross-functionally, and drive performance improvements.

What you'll be doing
Develop and deliver brand and category strategies that hit sales, profit, and market share goals.
Manage the product portfolio, including pricing, promotions, and positioning.
Monitor competition and consumer trends, turning insights into action.
Partner with sales, supply chain, and marketing to ensure strategies land in market.
Track performance using sales, financial, and shopper data, and adjust plans as needed.
Sales enablement and strategic go-to-market planning
What we're looking for
Experience in brand management, category management, or a related sales or marketing role.
Strong commercial and financial acumen—P&L ownership experience.
Sharp analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet timelines.
Great communication and influencing skills; ability to secure buy-in and build relationships.
Customer-first mindset and a passion for creating value through brands.
