We're partnering with Sea to Summit to hire a Brand Manager to take the lead on driving category growth, shaping strategy, and ensuring their products stand out in the market. You'll steer the category roadmap, work cross-functionally, and drive performance improvements.

What you'll be doing
* Develop and deliver brand and category strategies that hit sales, profit, and market share goals.
* Manage the product portfolio, including pricing, promotions, and positioning.
* Monitor competition and consumer trends, turning insights into action.
* Partner with sales, supply chain, and marketing to ensure strategies land in market.
* Track performance using sales, financial, and shopper data, and adjust plans as needed.
* Sales enablement and strategic go-to-market planning
What we're looking for
* Experience in brand management, category management, or a related sales or marketing role.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen—P&L ownership experience.
* Sharp analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet timelines.
* Great communication and influencing skills; ability to secure buy-in and build relationships.
* Customer-first mindset and a passion for creating value through brands.
