This role is pivotal in supporting the Centre Manager and executive leadership, with a strong focus on maximising net property income, driving retailer engagement, and enhancing overall centre performance.
You will operate at the intersection of financial oversight, leasing strategy, and operational excellence, with significant exposure to strategic planning, board-level recommendations, and centre-wide initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Financial & Strategic Management
* Monitor daily debtors and manage arrears, ensuring timely resolution in line with centre policies.
* Assist in budgeting, expenditure control, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Leasing & Tenant Engagement
* Support leasing strategy, lease renewals, variations, and assignments.
* Contribute to casual mall leasing strategy, pop‐up tenancy management, and rental optimisation.
Operations & Tenancy Delivery
* Conduct daily inspections of the centre to ensure presentation standards and operational excellence.
* Oversee tenancy fit‐outs, defect management, and enforce shopfront standards.
Marketing & Retailer Support
* Collaborate with marketing to implement a Retailer Support Strategy that drives foot traffic, sales, and customer experience.
What I Am Looking For
* Strong financial acumen and commercial understanding of retail asset management.
* Exceptional relationship management skills, able to confidently address performance issues and negotiate solutions.
* Experience in multi‐tenanted retail environments, with exposure to leasing, tenant performance, and board‐level reporting.
* Proactive, self‐motivated, and capable of leading cross‐functional teams.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
