Step into a business that offers invaluable solutions to customers managing their waste and recycling needs. You’ll work with resident, business and council customers on a wide range of queries, where you’ll work out solutions and ensure they feel well looked after. As the Customer Service Officer, you are the true voice of the customer and often the face of our business for many of our customers. You’ll work to resolve customer issues, which involves engaging with most teams across the business to deliver on a range of activities such as raising work orders, assisting customer onboarding, following up driver requirements and much more. Ideally you'll be experienced with Salesforce and enjoy working in a busy, supportive team environment.
