Key Responsibilities
* Provide warm, genuine customer service to all visitors
* Support daily store operations, including stock, styling and maintaining a beautiful store environment
* Assist with visual merchandising and ensuring displays reflect the Spell aesthetic
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver an inspiring customer experience

* You're passionate about fashion, sustainability and creating memorable customer experiences
* You're a confident communicator with strong people skills
* Reliable, flexible and available to work across weekdays, weekends and public holidays during the Summer/Christmas period
