Job Overview
The Revenue Data team is part of the Patient Accounts division at a tertiary hospital, led by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who reports to the Chief Executive Officer. The division is responsible for developing and maintaining financial management systems, providing strong operational finance and performance reporting analysis.
This position will provide high-level support to the Patient Accounts, Revenue Data team, requiring skills in time management, data integrity, customer-focused communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure data accuracy for services provided through the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and report on data accuracy and completeness related to revenue capture for the hospital.
* Provide customer service and advice to front-line staff related to revenue capture activities.
