Job Description
The Role
Pacific Energy is growing fast and requires a Mobilisation Officer to join the team.
Our Mobilisation Officers are required to support the business's onboarding, mobilisation and travel requirements of employees and subcontractors, with a key component of this role being a thorough understanding of site requirements to ensure all staff are compliant prior to being mobilised to site.
Perth based – 8:6 roster, 10-hour days
Key Responsibilities
* Mobilisation of staff and subcontractors across multiple construction projects and operational sites nationwide.
* Coordinating all travel and accommodation requirements for staff and workforce.
* Following onboarding compliance procedures
* Liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Responsible for ensuring compliance with OHS policies
* Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork
About You
Desired Skills and Experience
* Prior travel or mobilisation experience required
* Tier 1 mining experience highly desirable
* INX experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
* Excellent computer skills proficient in MS Office
* Understands priorities and ensures work is completed on time to a safe and satisfactory level
* Understanding of QA and OHSE requirements
