Your Next Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front End Loader Operator to join our Production team. This casual position offers the potential to become full-time for the right candidate. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient production and delivery of our products with regular overtime opportunities to boost your earnings.
- Operate front-end loaders to handle raw materials and finished products.
- Operate articulated dump trucks to transfer materials on-site
- Safely deliver finished materials to customers using vehicles requiring an MR driver’s licence.
- Operate forklifts to move and stack products within the facility.
- Assist in general production tasks, including machinery operation (Moxy, 26t excavator, star screens, slow & fast speed grinders) and maintenance checks.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
About you
- Current Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s licence
- Valid forklift licence
- Experience operating a front-end loader
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
- Desirable (but not essential) experience with:
- Sales loader operations
- Excavator, dump truck, or other earthmoving equipment
- Landscape supplies or composting facility work
