Lead Culinary Professional
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Culinary Professional to deliver high-quality fine dining cuisine and catering services.
As the primary culinary expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food service activities meet the required standards of excellence. This includes planning, preparing, and presenting delicious, well-balanced meals based on our approved menu in consultation with senior management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
* Managing kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
* Coordinating meal preparation, presentation, and serving, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Cleaning and maintaining kitchen facilities, equipment, and utensils to maintain required hygiene standards.
* Developing and implementing initiatives to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and quality.
