Responsibilities:

* Answer questions about products or the company.
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and engage with the customer.
* Enter and update customer information in the required systems.
* Take appropriate notes to forward enquiries and complaints to the correct person/department.
* Send professional emails using provided templates, personalised where required.
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
