Healthcare Coordinator
The role of the Healthcare Coordinator is to act as a link between schools and healthcare providers, assisting families and children to navigate specialist appointments, health care providers & in-school supports.
This position will work closely with children who are identified as requiring additional support with their healthcare needs. The coordinator will be responsible for supporting selected primary & high schools in Parkes and the surrounding regions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* - Provide information and resources to families about available healthcare services.
* - Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and school staff to ensure students receive necessary support.
* - Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community agencies.
