We currently have 2 positions available within our Housing and Homelessness Portfolio as a Homelessness Case Manager and Tenancy Management Officer. An opportunity is available for a passionate professional to take on both roles, offering variety and impact in supporting individuals and families across our Housing and Homlessness programs.
As a Homelessness Case Manager you will provide case management support to people who are homeless, at imminent risk of homelessness or housed but at risk of homelessness.
As a Tenancy Management Officer, you'll help residents maintain secure and sustainable tenancies, working closely with tenants, support services and community partners to deliver respectful, person‑centred housing solutions that make a lasting difference.

Mandatory Requirements:
* Certificate IV qualifications in Community Services or similar and relevant experience.

* Full COVID‑19 Vaccination
* Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
* Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
