About the Role
Helping You at Home is growing, and we're looking for a values-aligned team member who loves creating clean, comfortable homes and is also open to supporting people in their day-to-day lives.
This role is primarily domestic assistance and cleaning, with the potential for in-home support or community access for funded clients. Over time, support work hours may increase depending on client needs, but cleaning and domestic assistance will remain the core focus of the role.

What You'll Be Doing
Domestic Assistance / Cleaning (Primary Focus):
* Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to a professional standard
* Laundry, bed-making, and general home organisation
* Following client-specific checklists and preferences
* Using non-toxic, earth-conscious products
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to be an experienced cleaner or support worker, but you do need to:
* Be reliable, caring, and professional
* Enjoy working in people's homes
* Be open to supporting clients beyond cleaning when required

Requirements
* Current driver's licence and reliable car
* Smartphone for scheduling and communication
* Police Check (required)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work in varied environments
Role Details
* Casual position starting from $34 per hour
* Minimum 15 hours per week (3+ days availability preferred)
* Monday to Friday only (no weekends or public holidays)
* Based in Toowoomba, servicing up to 30 minutes in any direction
* Work includes NDIS, DVA, and private clients

Pay: From $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
