Job Description

BHAC is seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our Corporate Office team. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and external stakeholders and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.

Key responsibilities include:

* Welcoming visitors and managing front reception duties
* Answering and directing phone calls and emails
* Managing meeting room bookings and office calendars
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Providing administrative support to corporate staff
* Maintaining a tidy and professional reception and office area
* Assisting with basic data entry, filing, and record keeping
