Broad Responsibilities

* Provide expert guidance and coaching to delivery teams, enhancing their risk management capabilities.
* Deliver actionable insights on the risk posture of tech-driven change, empowering stakeholders with data-driven decision-making.
* Cultivate strong relationships with technical leaders, business owners, and other key stakeholders to understand priorities, technical solutions, and risk considerations.
* Offer specialized advice on technology controls, security impacts, and architectural risks associated with change initiatives.
* Champion project risk assessments, surfacing material issues and escalating them as necessary.
* Publish independent risk commentary and reports for senior leaders, sponsors, and steering committees.
Essential Qualifications
* Extensive experience in risk management, preferably with hands-on involvement in Risk in Change or major transformation programs.
* A strong background in technology risk, cybersecurity, or information security.
* Proven ability to operate in a second-line oversight role, exercising sound judgment and confidence to challenge.
* Skill in navigating complex tech environments and evaluating architecture, configuration, or engineering impacts.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with senior technology and business leaders.
* Clear, impactful communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical risk for executives.
* Experience developing risk insights, training, or supporting materials for diverse audiences.
* Understanding of delivery methodologies, project governance, and PMO practices.
