Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Coordinator / Sales Support to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Eastern Seaboard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from industry-focused databases and evaluate them to determine Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
* Research and capture key decision-maker details, securing multiple contacts when necessary, to build enduring relationships that lead to successful partnerships
* Engage with qualified prospects via phone or email to understand project parameters and specific requirements, laying the foundation for building long-term relationships
* Conduct outbound cold calls to decision-makers, followed up with targeted emails and relevant information, to track project timelines and progress consistently
* Meet KPIs by generating high-quality leads through effective outbound efforts and take initiative to build and maintain an updated prospect database
* Provide valuable feedback on market trends, customer needs, and project status, continuously participating in training to enhance personal and professional skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience within a call centre/customer environment, along with exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset to direct the business into new markets and products.
