About the opportunity
The Project Delivery Specialist reports to the Complete & Projects General Manager and is part of the Complete and Projects team. The key focus of this role is to be responsible and accountable for the workflow management of each build, acting as the primary contact on new builds for both business to business relationships and customer support. More specifically, you will;
* Maintain a customer-centric approach across all interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders, including council representatives, real estate agents, developers, lenders, and engineers
* Provide regular updates to clients, developer partners and purchasers, managing queries or disputes and escalating issues when necessary
* Monitor the progress of build files in collaboration with relevant departments, offering recommendations and solutions to roadblocks
* Maintain accurate and up to date build files, including documentation, forecast dates milestone tracking, and communication records
* Order engineering and working drawings for projects and spec homes, as well as coordinate all documents for site inspections to achieve authority to commence.
* Coordinate the installation and relocation of water meters, gas meters and framing warranties as the build file progresses on site
* Liaise with the Building Supervisor to ensure handover dates are on track while coordinating PCI and Key Handover Dates
* Support the settlement process including attending handovers as required, preparing handover packs, updating customer portals and assist with sales and marketing documentation
About you

* Experience working in a similar role or in the residential construction industry
* A commitment to providing all customers with a professional and unbeatable customer experience
* High level of attention to detail, planning, and organisational skills
* Strong communication and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
* Experience with Business craft, Companion, Microsoft suites (desirable)
