About the Role:
We are seeking a polished, professional Sales Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our new Southport dealership. This frontline role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer‑focused environment, takes pride in presentation, and understands the importance of delivering a premium experience.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for the entire dealership. Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, customer coordination, and showroom presentation, ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury and professionalism of the Mercedes‑Benz brand.
In this role you will:
* Warmly welcome and host our valued customers to create an exceptional first impression
* Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and showroom traffic
* Preparation of cafe beverages for customers and staff
* Support the sales team with general administrative tasks, preparing documentation, and appointment coordination
* Overseeing the presentation of the reception area and customer lounge
* Liaising with the sales finance, and delivery teams to ensure all customer requirements are met
To be successful you will have:
* Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration (automotive preferred but not essential) advantageous
* A polished, professional presentation and communication style
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
* A warm, welcoming personality with a genuine passion for customer service
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple communication channels
* A valid driver’s licence
