A pivotal role awaits in the execution of scalable learning and education practices to ensure the successful implementation of a multi-year project. Reporting to the Change & Learning Manager, the Instructional Designer will develop and deliver training materials in various formats to accommodate different learning styles.
The role involves managing and monitoring the TrakCare learning program to facilitate the adoption of new system functionalities across 11 Health Services. Working closely with the project's change management, communications, technical, and project management functions, the individual will execute and communicate the training strategy and plan.
Interaction with a diverse stakeholder group comprising over 5000 individuals is expected, inclusive of C-suite, medical, nursing, allied health, hospital management, and administrative staff. The Instructional Designer will support the Change & Learning Manager in preparing the health services for the implementation of new system functionalities.
