About the Role
You will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional customer service in the sale of Mack, UD and Volvo truck parts. This role requires you to effectively support and assist our customers with parts sales (both over the phone and face-to-face), whilst also providing parts to our workshop team.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous Parts Interpreting experience
* Knowledge and interest in the Heavy Automotive industry
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong computer literacy skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Energetic and positive can‐do attitude
