About the Role
Truck Centre WA currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter or a Junior to further their career in the Heavy Automotive Road Transport industry.
Working as part of a high-performing team at our Geraldton branch you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional customer service in the sale of our Mack, UD and Volvo truck parts.
This role will require you to effectively support and assist our customers with parts sales (both over the phone and face-to-face) whilst also providing parts to our Workshop team.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role, successful applicants will have:
Previous Parts Interpreting experience or be open to learning
Knowledge and interest in the Heavy Automotive industry
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong computer literacy skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
An energetic and positive can-do attitude
