About the Role
You'll be supporting our team and playing a key role in turning enquiries into happy customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Following up warm solar and battery leads via phone, email and SMS
- Scheduling appointments and managing follow-ups
- Updating and maintaining our HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate data and smooth workflows
- Assisting with sending proposals, contracts and basic admin tasks
- Updating calendar and communication channels so nothing is missed
Qualifications and Experience
- CRM software experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- Solid phone and email communication skills
- Basic administrative and data entry abilities
- Minimum 1 year in sales support, lead generation or administrative roles
- Previous experience in renewable energy or construction industry preferred but not essential
Requirements
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency or valid work visa
- Right to work in Australia without sponsorship
- Year 12 completion or equivalent
- Certificate in Business Administration or Sales preferred
- Current driver's licence advantageous
Technical Skills
- Comfortable learning new software systems quickly
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of solar energy concepts (training provided)
