Duties
Following their pre-qualification and commitment to a Membership fee with firm, you will conduct face-to-face and virtual sessions with members to build a tailor-made property portfolio plan.
- Meeting with clients and building an investment strategy based on their current situation.
- Present shortlisted properties and position members with the most suitable properties for them based on their property portfolio plan.
- Managing a pipeline of members throughout various stages of the property purchasing process.
- Liaising with the internal investment lending team for capacity.
- Ensuring positive end-to-end member experience.
- Generating new prospects from referrals.
Following purchase, introduce them to and hand-over to the Member Success team.
Specific requirements
- Proven track record of sales / conversion success (ideally within Real Estate or the property investment industry)
- Proficient with standard computer systems and CRM’s.
- Self-motivated, sets high goals and commits to achieving them.
- Always puts the success of clients first.
