We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support across over 300 locations in Australia to thousands of community participants with services including Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy.
Job Description
Employment Type: Full Time or Part TimeRemuneration: Negotiable based on experienceHours Per Week: Minimum 6 hours per dayLocation: Office + WFH
We welcome discussions with OTs of all experience levels who enjoy community-based work.
If you're interested in Paediatrics or have specific caseload interests, we would love to hear from you.
Your day will include:

Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services in a timely manner
Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions through clinical observations and standardised assessments
Interpreting findings to develop individualised treatment goals
Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' life quality
Supporting environmental adaptations in home, school, work, and residential settings
Recommending Assistive Technology to promote independence
Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

You will need:

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Excellent communication skills
Strong time management and organisational skills
Proactive attitude and motivation for continuous improvement
A collaborative, fun, and supportive work environment
A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
