With a strong understanding of business operations and technologies, you will establish strategic objectives for software solutions, assess their usage, and collaborate with developers to create innovative applications. * Understand client business problems to build, maintain, and evolve product roadmaps that yield impactful solutions.
* Foster effective collaboration between teams, promoting open communication and shared outcomes.
* Assess the current situation and work with clients to develop artifacts (personas, epics, stories, etc.) that maximize value.
* Facilitate analysis workshops through agile methodologies with senior client stakeholders to outline business vision, objectives, product roadmaps, and project release plans.
* Help diverse industries achieve unique outcomes by engaging with and influencing senior business stakeholders on the client side.
* Liaise between the client and your team, comprising subject matter experts, c-suite executives, developers, quality analysts, tech architects, user experience designers, project managers, etc., to manage the product backlog and oversee software delivery.
* Work within agile teams that facilitate organizational transformations for medium- and large-scale businesses.
* Participate in the business analysis community of practice to share knowledge, mentor, and promote Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development analysis best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
* Intuitive understanding of the Data and AI landscape, including common enterprise challenges, implementation roadblocks, and strategic considerations without requiring hands-on technical expertise.
* Knowledge of the broader Data and AI ecosystem, including key players, technologies, and partnerships driving successful transformations.
* Awareness of emerging trends in Data and AI such as generative AI, MLOps, responsible AI governance, and industry-specific AI applications guiding strategic conversations.
* Ability to connect business challenges to appropriate Data and AI solutions by understanding the capabilities and limitations of different approaches and technologies.
* Attention to detail, practical approach to day-to-day work of story-writing and delivery, and ability to draw a direct line from overarching client strategy to team outcomes.
* Pleasure in unearthing root causes of client pain points, validating business opportunities or problems, and partnering to deliver solutions.
* Proficiency with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies and enthusiasm for mentoring others.
* Understanding of how businesses operate and experience modeling business processes using various tools and techniques to facilitate requirement elicitation sessions.
* Ability to design and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to outline business vision, objectives, product roadmaps, and project release plans.
* Well-versed in tech trends and able to relate them to real-world business challenges at a program or project level.
