Associate / Mid-Senior Litigation Lawyer

About the role
This role will suit a lawyer who enjoys commercial disputes and wants a broader practice with room to grow. You'll work across litigated matters and alternative dispute resolution, acting for a diverse client base that includes businesses, high‑net‑worth individuals, government bodies and listed entities.
* Contractual disputes
* Corporate and shareholder disputes, including oppression matters and directors' and officers' liability
* Insolvency and bankruptcy matters
* Property, construction and leasing disputes
* Debt recovery and enforcement work
* Regulatory investigations and risk management
* Drafting pleadings, correspondence and advice
* Working directly with clients and senior practitioners on strategy and outcomes
What you'll bring
You’ll likely be a commercially minded litigation lawyer who enjoys solving problems, building trusted client relationships and taking pride in the standard of your work.
* 3‑5+ years' experience in commercial litigation
* Strong drafting and advocacy capability
