A dynamic underwriter is required to join our newly established Authorised Representative division, driving business development and growth targets in a rapidly expanding segment. Key responsibilities include underwriting and analysing renewal business within delegated authority levels, supporting new business opportunities, and contributing to sales and retention targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in liability underwriting, with a strong track record of technical excellence and sound decision-making. They should possess demonstrated proficiency in risk assessment, exposure analysis, pricing, and use of underwriting tools and frameworks. Strong working knowledge of General Insurance underwriting, relevant industry regulations, and market trends is also essential. Excellent relationship management skills, with a customer-centric approach, are required.
