Detailed Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive strategy and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and resilience initiative.
• Ensuring data security and secure and compliant access across enterprise systems.
• Lead and manage telecom operations involving CORE, EDGE, ACCESS, and TRANSPORT network elements.
• Drive network product delivery in collaboration with OEM vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage change and engagement processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic direction and governance.
• ensure compliance with network standards and security protocols.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in Telecom and Network space.
• Proven expertise in identity and access management, security compliance and system resilience.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco and Juniper network technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead large teams and manage complex delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Experience working with Australian telecom providers (e.g., Telstra).
