About the Role
The First Nations Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering the strategic agenda of the People Culture and Engagement division. This involves advancing reconciliation at the TAC, promoting cultural safety, enhancing inclusion, and expanding employment pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster respectful relationships with First Nations communities and leaders based on cultural understanding and collaboration.
* Develop and implement strategies to embed transformative change aligned with First Nations aspirations and business objectives.
Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills are essential for this role. You will be responsible for translating data analysis into actionable insights for stakeholders and producing high-quality reports and communications.

* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing diverse internal and external stakeholders.
* A deep understanding of co-design, self-determination, and advocacy principles, with experience in embedding these into program design and leading inclusive processes.
