Job Title: Senior Approvals Advisor
We are seeking an experienced and skilled approvals professional to join our team as a Senior Approvals Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and critically review consultant reports supporting approval applications.
* Manage applications for Environmental Authorities, Progressive Rehabilitation and Closure Plans (PRCP), and Environmental Rehabilitation and Closure (ERC).
* Oversee cultural heritage obligations, including Traditional Owner engagement, surveys, and compliance with Native Title and RAP commitments.
* Manage non-Indigenous heritage obligations including agreements, monitoring, and reporting.
* Liaise with regulators and contribute to high-level submissions and responses.
* Support environmental compliance, disturbance permitting, and sustainability reporting.
About You:
* Strong background in mining approvals and heritage management.
* Skilled in critically reviewing technical and consultant reports.
* Organised and methodical, with the ability to structure and prioritise workloads effectively.
* Confident in engaging with regulators, Traditional Owners, and internal teams.
* Able to balance task-focus with collaborative, team-oriented culture.
