You bring deep expertise in marketing, brand strategy, and performance-driven campaign management. What you'll do

You will lead the development and delivery of UniSQ’s integrated brand, advertising, and performance marketing strategy. You’ll oversee end-to-end campaign design and execution across digital and traditional channels, ensuring every initiative is data-informed, audience-led, and aligned to growth targets. You’ll champion digital transformation across marketing operations, strengthen brand management practices, and guide the optimisation of all marketing activity. You’ll manage budgets, agency relationships, reporting frameworks, and the continuous improvement of marketing performance. You’ll also lead a high-performing team, fostering capability and collaboration across the Engagement Portfolio and the wider University.

What will help you succeed

You will:

* hold, or be working toward, postgraduate qualifications in marketing supported by extensive performance?marketing and management experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
* have a strong track record delivering integrated campaigns for complex products, working effectively with media, digital, and creative agencies, and applying brand strategy and governance at scale
* have demonstrated background in using marketing data platforms and dashboards, and managing marketing budgets
* be adept at navigating competing priorities and building strong relationships, with the ability to provide strategic advice with influence
* have experience in leading a Marketing team, developing capability, and contributing positively to organisational goals.

Salary : Total remuneration range $133,806 to $153,649 pa (includes salary range of $112,845 to $129,580 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
