Are you looking for an interesting role that incorporates marketing, events and general administration?
This is a varied role where you will use your broad skill set including your content writing skills/ability to get the best out of ChatGPT (website, social media and newsletters) through to organising events and developing sales & marketing campaigns and promotional material. (Please note, this is NOT a management level role - this is a hands-on doer role)

This role is ideally full-time however our client is open to part-time minimum 4 days - they are also open to some of the role being performed in a work from home capacity.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Work closely with the owners of the business in relation to their marketing calendar and marketing plan
* Create content - newsletters, website, articles, social media channels
* Assist with organisation of events including manuals, handbooks, venue bookings plus assist with online courses and assessment
* Assist with website administration and maintenance (work closely with the website person)
* Development of marketing and promotional material for current and new products
* Use your MSOffice + bonus if you have any creative/graphics skills to create social media posts and promotional material in line with company design/brand guidelines
* Look after product marketing campaigns
* Mailchimp management
* Keep up to date with industry trends in relation to marketing campaigns and the ability to monitor and report on key metrics
* Maintain customer database and ensure information up to date
* Deal with enquiries or respond to social media comments
* Responsible for Try Booking for courses
* Assist in preparation for Tradeshows including promotional material, coordinating the event (generally one or two per year)
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/attributes:
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing/communication or similar ideal but not essential
* Previous experience in marketing where you have performed similar duties is important
* Highly organised & proactive - the ability to see the bigger picture and work toward the end goal
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills - in particular your general copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
* General graphics skills would be beneficial but not essential
* Attitude and work ethic are everything within this role
* Ability to put ideas forward and you genuinely want to contribute to the business
* Happy to undertake a police check
