This role offers a unique opportunity to join the Access Training Centre family as their CEO, shaping the future direction and strategy by building on a strong and successful foundation as one of Australia's most respected RTOs.This opportunity has arisen as the current CEO (and founder) plans to step back to become the CFO, while continuing to support the incoming CEO from the executive board. The new CEO will benefit from the mentorship and support of the executive board and founder, ensuring a seamless transition and setting the leader up for long-term success.Please note, this position is open to interstate applicants willing to relocate to Adelaide.As CEO, your responsibilities will include:Inspire & Lead: Develop and communicate a compelling vision, foster a high-performance culture aligned with organizational values, and develop strategic plans with ambitious goals.Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects, ensure high-quality training delivery, regulatory compliance, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements.Trainer Development: Build and nurture a team of exceptional trainers through strategic recruitment, development, and performance management, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing concerns, and driving retention.Strategic Growth: Lead digital transformation, optimize resources, manage budgets, and ensure financial sustainability and innovation in training delivery.Quality and Compliance: Ensure high standards in training programs, regular review and update of content, risk management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with industry partners, regulatory bodies, and represent the organization at industry forums and public events.Your skills and experience should include:Senior management or operational experience within an RTO or related industryKnowledge of the National Standard for Licensing Persons Performing High Risk Work and the VET Quality FrameworkProven leadership in inspiring teams, driving strategic initiatives, managing complex operations, and leading change managementExpertise in financial management, risk management, and stakeholder engagementExperience with Blended Learning programsWe welcome expressions of interest and applications from those interested in this opportunity.
